3. Reservations and Equipment Rentals

The store may offer products for reservation and rental. When booking or renting:

  • The user agrees to return the products in the same condition in which they were received;

  • Damages, losses, or misuse of the products may result in additional charges to the user;

  • The rental period will be defined at the time of booking, and the customer is responsible for respecting the agreed deadlines;

  • For certain products, a security deposit is required, which will be refunded after verifying the condition of the returned item. Mandatory deposits include:

    • Kayak – €120

    • Paddle board – €150

    • Buoy, pool, life jacket – €13

    • Waterproof bag – €5

    • Diving mask – €20


Insurance Included with Rental

Rental includes insurance with the following coverage:

Civil Liability

Covers, up to the insured capital limit (at least the legally required minimum), the policyholder’s liability for material and bodily damages caused to third parties, resulting from the use of the insured watercraft.

Personal Accident Insurance for Users

Covers personal accidents suffered by users of the insured watercraft up to the insured capital limits (at least the mandatory minimum).

Complementary Coverage – Damage to the Insured Watercraft

Includes:

  • Total loss from maritime accidents;

  • Fire or explosion;

  • Collision with fixed or floating objects;

  • Storms;

  • Salvage costs;

  • Theft;

  • Capsizing;

  • Chassis damage of the transport vehicle;

  • Damages due to entering or exiting, ascending or descending from dry docks or inclined planes;

  • Specific damage from earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, or cyclones.

Complementary Coverage – International Assistance

Covers assistance abroad for insured persons and the insured watercraft, under the terms and conditions defined in the policy.


4. User Rights

Under applicable legislation (GDPR), the user has the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete their data;

  • Withdraw consent for communications;

  • Request the export of their data.
